Mission statement:
Our goal is to only give you the truth, the real story about the home you are buying. We do not represent the realtors selling the home. We only represent the purchaser. Were permits used to build your outside package? Did they use an Engineer? Was it built to the plans? Is it tied down correctly? Guess what? Our company can tell you all these things. All things can be fixed but it would be nice to know what’s going on with your eyes wide open, then partially closed. Other inspectors, not because they are being dishonest or unethical, but they just do not have the experience to tell you what’s going on with a lot of your house, however we have been in this business of repairing them for a long time. Doing the outside packages. It’s specialized. We are also capable of telling you what it would cost to fix or correct what’s wrong if anything is. Other companies can’t.
As you can imagine a real home inspection for manufactured housing is not a 1 hr job. If they are not there for 2-3 and have a 1 hr plus report time not to mention uploading photo’s on Builder trend they are doing it wrong. The best thing about MHS doing a home inspection not only can we tell if there are any issues but we can tell you cost and or how to fix it. Don’t be surprised to find out that most realtors would not like you to hire us. We are not beholding to them like other Inspectors. We can tell you things about your new house that other inspectors can’t. It requires certain experiences and training to do inspections on Manufactured homes correctly.
